Why Choose Trad Climbing?

Trad climbing is a form of rock climbing where climbers place all the necessary protective gear as they ascend, as opposed to using pre-placed bolts. It adheres to the early ethics and ethos instilled in climbers and mountaineers and is the premier form of climbing in the UK - learning to trad climb gives access to all the best climbing throughout the UK.
