This service is for anyone interested in hill walking and looking for advice, information, direction and coaching on the hill.
We will take care of the planning and take the pressure off - we'll do the route finding, the map reading and provide anecdotes and information about the area and the landscape.

A guided walking day is 5+ hours long. We meet for 9:00am and should arrive back at the cars for 3:00-4:00pm - the length of this day means we can reach the high fells and provide a full itinerary.

1:8 Ratio
Our instructors can lead up to 8 people in the mountains.
A party larger than 8 will require multiple guides - we can accommodate for this on enquiry.
Pre-Requisites
No experience necessary
We can accommodate any experprience level - route choices will be discussed during the booking stage
We can run the day in line with your experiences and skillset and tailor the day just for you.
Equipment
We will share kit lists with you during the booking stage
You will need to wear suitable outdoor clothing (warm and waterproof where possible) and suitable mountain footwear (boots)
A good rucksack to carry everything you need for the day is advisable (30-40L)
Venue
Our venues are carefully selected and tailored to get the most out of the programme.
We will select appropriate routes and hikes dependant on your experience and fitness.
The meeting location will be shared during the booking stage and this will differ depending on the walk ad area chosen
