Booking & Cancellation
All dates, courses & sessions are displayed on our booking system. This can be accessed through all of our book now buttons. The booking system has all of our availability listed for the year.
If you would like any further information or to enquire for a private course that isn't displayed on the booking system, please use the contact form, or email us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org
The booking system will ask for full payment.
If you have purchased vouchers with us, then please contact us to use them. We are happy to discuss large group discount if mentioned when booking.
All prices are detailed under each activity. If you wish to book on a larger group than the specified max ratio, contact us directly for an individual quotation.
In the unlikely event we have to cancel, we will offer a form of refund if an alternate date can't be offered.
We can also issue vouchers to be used on other events or sessions with us.
Winter course conditions: It may be necessary to change the outline of the courses to offer general mountaineering/mountain skills programmes
We will still keep a focus on winter and look into avalanche planning & identifying hazards, how to stow, carry and fit crampon and ice axes correctly etc
If you were to cancel your booking within 30 days of the course or activity, we will retain 50% of the full price (your deposit).
If your cancellation is within 14 days of the activity we will retain the full amount.
