WHAT customers SAY

Another fantastic course run by Sam of LDM! Me and my son booked onto the 2 day Further Scrambling course - what an experience!! Great introduction in perfect conditions on day 1 in the Langdales, then a 2nd epic mountain day 'Threading the Needle' and ridge ascent onto Great Gable. Lots of good skills learned from Sam, and some exhilarating experience gained in the process. Highly recommended and superb instruction from Sam!

The advanced scrambling course was just what I was looking for and really well delivered. There was a lot to take in but Sam was clear calm and incredibly helpful and at all times focused on safety. I would recommend this to all looking to up their scrambling grade.

We did a 2 day Scrambling course with Sam and it was excellent. I did the course with a couple of work colleges who had no previous scrambling experience and Sam built them up to grade 3 with no problems. Two brilliant mountain days with Sam & Pippa and huge amount of development for all of us. Brilliant instruction with total safety , highly recommended.
