This is a half day canyoning adventure based in Coniston.

We will be using the picturesque Church Beck, in the Coppermine valley; a mountain ghyll that cascades from the Old Man of Coniston.

We will provide you with the following for a comfortable and enjoyable day:

High quality full length 3mm wetsuit

Extra 2mm wetsuit jacket (cold weather)

Buoyancy Aid

Spray cagoule

Neoprene socks (we are one of the few companies offering wetsuits socks, for maximum comfort)

Helmet (water helmet designed for aquatic environments)

Technical canyoning equipment

Hardware & ropes

Group kit & emergency equipment

We will give a full and comprehensive safety briefing & demonstrations.

The instructor will take you through the gorge and teach you safe and appropriate canyoning techniques,

This is a fully aquatic journey as we descend the gorge.

If you are looking for an adrenaline filled adventure then this is for you.  This trip offers some technical jumps, adventurous slides on natural rock features and plenty of crystal clear plunge pools for swimming, scrambling and playing.

We will manage the descent via a series of roped lowers, abseils, jumps and slides.
