Wasdale gives access to some of the biggest and most historic mountain terrain in the Lake District: Great Gable and the Napes, Scafell and its mountain crags, Pillar & Pillar Rock, and the surrounding ridges. Wasdale Mountaineering - 2 Days uses two linked days so the plan can be shaped around weather, energy and experience rather than trying to squeeze a big objective into a single visit. One day might be primarily scrambling or mountaineering; the other may be a classic rock route or another substantial mountain journey.
The weekend is deliberately flexible. The exact objectives are agreed with you and then refined around the two-day forecast.
Possible themes include Great Gable and the Napes, mountain crag climbing, classic scrambling, Pillar Rock or linked ridge days.
The two days do not need to be identical in style; we can combine a technical day with a longer mountain journey.
Accommodation is not automatically included in the guiding price. We can advise on practical bases around Wasdale if useful.
