Winter Mountaineering Courses

Build winter skills in the Cairngorms and West Highlands. Begin with axe-and-crampon movement and winter walking decisions, apply those skills on mountain journeys, or progress to roped mountaineering and climbing. Each course explains the experience needed, and plans respond to the snow and mountain conditions.
