Who is coming? Your instructors use these details to plan the day.

Participants must be 16 or over. Anyone aged 16 or 17 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian throughout the course.

Equipment

Please let us know what equipment each participant needs LDM to provide for this course.

Available to hire

  • Tent: £25

Hire is not part of this payment: we will send you a link to pay for anything you hire.

Bring your own

  • Walking boots
  • A comfortable pack
  • Weatherproof clothing and warm layers
  • Map and compass (we can provide them, but recommend your own)
  • Headtorch with spare power
  • Tent (unless you hire one from us), sleeping bag, mat and stove

Before you book

  • You should meet the course prerequisites and have a good level of fitness.
  • Equipment is requested for each participant separately.
  • Full kit list, meeting point and joining information will be available in your account after booking.
  • Medical, Emergency & Consent Form: complete your participant information, emergency contact, relevant medical details and consent in your account before your course.
