OVERVIEW

The Lakes is famous for its scrambling terrain and hosts an array of mountaineering type days.

For more technical scrambling, some climbing skills and further technical gear is required.

We run grade 1 scrambling on a 1:4 ratio.

We run grade 2 and 3 scrambles on a 1:2 ratio.

This means we will supply an instructor for every two people on grade 2/3 terrain if we have the availability to do so.

Whether you wish to complete a one off day, or build knowledge towards a greater goal we would love to hear about your aspirations. Trust us to work alongside you, develop your skills and build a professional mountain partnership.

Scrambling is a fantastic way to explore the mountains, include a scramble as part of your mountain journey to create an exciting and memorable day in the hills.
